The Hotel is wonderful. Great location, garden, decor, food, facilities, and the kindest staff on earth. Very warm atmosphere makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. I highly recommend!
We enjoyed our stay at the Palace Gardens - a genuine 5-star hotel - great food, views, staff, clientele - and most of all a Fab...U...lous swimming pool! Excellent value for money during the off-peak season. Looking forward to our next visit already.
We have just returned from a 5 day stay at your hotel. The facilities are excellent, the panoramic view from our room balcony was superb and the Valentine's Day dinner was a nice touch - compliments to the Chef. The staff are excellent - they are welcoming, friendly and very helpful - they are a credit to the hotel. If we return again to Madeira we will most certainly stay with you again. We enjoyed our stay from Dec. 27, 2012 to Jan. 3, 2013 very much. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve dinner and a fantastique firework. We will always remember the nice time we spent in Madeira. We look forward to see you again next year in spring!
Very nice, quiet and luxury hotel. Very good restaurant. Friendly personnel. A warm and cold water pool is an exellent idea. The chef is a real professional. Thank to whole the team. Keep this level of service.
